RETURN POLICY

• Return requests for damaged items on delivery or missing items must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the merchandise.
• Customers must contact our Customer Care Center at +971 67413500 to initiate a return.
• The product must be returned in original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
• Return requests can be made within 3 days of receiving the product(s).
• Products reported after 3 days will only be repaired as per our Repair Policy.
• Physically damaged or missing products will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
• Refunds apply only to the product price; shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
• If a coupon, discount, or special offer was applied to the order, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Return Process

• Contact our Customer Care Center at +971 67413500 to initiate the return.
• All returned items must be in AS SOLD CONDITION, in their original box, and include all packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories.
• Products must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition. Opened boxes cannot be returned.
• Include the invoice with your return. If defective, specify the defect on a separate sheet of paper and attach it with the invoice.
• Do NOT mark or write on the product or its factory packaging (carton).
• Products must be returned to our Returns Department either personally or via courier.
• Customers are responsible for delivery charges when returning items.
• Once CCTVINUAE receives the product, it will be inspected.
• Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment to the pre-authorized return address mentioned on our Contact Us page.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placement.
• Please provide a reason for cancellation, as it helps us improve our services.
