Return Policy
To claim a return, please read all terms and conditions carefully. CCTVINUAE has the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange request.
- Return requests for “damaged items on delivery” or “missing items” must be made within 12 hours of receiving the merchandise.

- The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
- Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product(s).
- After 3 days of delivery, products will only be repaired as per the Repair Policy.
- Physically damaged or missing products will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
- The refund amount applies only to the product price; shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Return Process

- All returned items must be in AS SOLD CONDITION, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. Opened boxes cannot be returned.
- The invoice must be included with the return. If the goods are defective, specify the defect on a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice.
- Do NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packing (carton) or the product itself.
- The product must be returned to our Returns Department either by yourself or via courier.
- Delivery charges for returning an item(s) must be paid by the customer.
- Once CCTVINUAE receives the product, it will be sent for inspection.
